 Looking at the annual mundane chart (one of several) for the UK in for the astrological year 2022.  The lagneśa represents the Monarch (Queen Elizabeth II at the time) and is Maṅgala conjoined Śani, showing death energy (Yama yoga). This Yama yoga in the 10H indicates problems in the administration appearing after loss related to the Monarch. This is emphasized with Su in Maraṇa Kāraka Sthāna in 12H conjoined Chandra as 4L, indicating loss or sorrow experienced by the people.    Su as the 5L in maraṇa kāraka sthāna (MKS) can indicate that the incumbent administration is losing major support from their own advisors and ministerial resignations from around the Prime Minister are likely, and also major loss in popular votes due to conjunction with Chandra.  The Kālasarpa Yoga (KSY) is in effect, indicatig the government of Prime Minister Boris Johnson will be in gridlock and untenable circumstances for at least half the year (Apr 2022 - Oct 2022). Whichever astrological cycle we study, whether it pertains to an individual or the world, it is important to do so with some proper context. When we look at human history, we see that human beings on the cusp of moments of big change experience and express great anxiety and tend to become apocalyptic. However, from a higher or more absolute perspective, which we often have in hindsight, we see these times of change pregnant with reason and meaning. In the world today, we appear to be in one of those moments of history, between uncertainty and  potential. The aim of this article is to provide proper context and meaning for what is happening to us today, by exploring one technique.  A.
